I AM GROWING – Week 3 Devotional

JUST AS MILK IS FOR BABIES, WHEN WE FIRST BELIEVE AND BECOME A CHRISTIAN, WE UNDERSTAND SIMPLER IDEAS ABOUT FAITH. Hebrews 12 says that as we grow more mature in our faith, just as babies grow and start to eat solid food, we start to understand more about the Lord and grow in discernment of good and evil.

“Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.” – Hebrews 12:13-14
