God is in Control – Week 3

When you are having a tough day in your sport, in school, or in your friendship, God is there and will help you because He is faithful, good, and sovereign. You can have peace knowing He will work all things for your good as you seek Him.

And, God made you with beautiful gifts and abilities, unique from anyone else. He is on your side and will work His purposes for you according to His will and way. Jesus had many beautiful moments, but He also had many bumps. And, God worked all things for His good, leading ultimately to His resurrection and eternal life.

Jesus’ mother, Mary, had many bumps and beautiful moments along the way as well. And, God worked all things for her good.

In the beginning, in His power and knowledge, God created and orchestrated everything in the world in a week! Just like that. Because He is God and can do anything.

He is doing the same for you. When you’re having a tough day, look to God, and know that He is weaving all things together for a greater purpose, for your good and His glory!
