1. When will I receive my first issue?

Your first issue should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks from the date your order was placed.  

2. I’ve moved. How do I update my address?

Please send both the full old and new address to subscriptions@forgirlslikeyou.com to update your address. If you have missed any issues during the course of your move, please contact us at the same email address for replacement copies.  

3. How do I purchase a subscription as a gift?

You can purchase gift subscriptions online. At checkout, enter your billing address, then check the box that says “Ship to a different address?” and enter the name and address where you would like us to ship the magazine.

Or, you can place an order by phone if you call us at 1-888-906-9055 and pay by credit card.

Or, you can send the order information (with both the billing and shipping names and addresses) and a check:

4. I live outside of the US, can I still subscribe?

Absolutely! You can place your international subscription order online here.

5. What is the age range for readers of For Girls Like You magazine?

For Girls Like You was created for your tween! That is specifically for girls ages 7 to 12, although we do also appeal to some younger girls and early teens.

6. How do I submit my daughter’s story, poem, joke or artwork to be featured in the magazine?

7. I subscribed more than 6 weeks ago, but I haven’t received my first issue. What should I do?

 There may be a problem with the shipping address or a delay in the postal system. Please call us at 1-888-906-9055 or email  subscriptions@forgirlslikeyou.com so we can research the problem and provide a replacement issue.
