I AM LOVING – Week 7

If we’re going to love others, we need to know how God loves us. Out of His love for us, Jesus died on the cross and rose again. When we believe, that connects us to Him forever.

Nothing can get in the way of God’s love for us. He loves us unconditionally. That means He loves us always and it’s not based on conditions. His love for us does not change.

As humans, we tend to love people conditionally. If they do this, then I’ll love them. If they don’t do that, I won’t love them.

God gives us a beautiful idea of His love in Romans 8. NOTHING in ALL creation can ever separate us from God’s love in Christ Jesus. Wow! Isn’t that amazing?

So when we want to ignore our siblings or be mean to them because they made a mistake or hurt us, instead, we can remember God’s unconditional love by sharing our hurts with them, forgiving them, and letting them know we care.
